We drive by truck in about 1.5 hours to the banks of the Mae Taeng River where the guide will brief us about the tour. Then we start rafting, first part we take it easy until we reach our jungle camp where we have lunch and can swim. After that the exciting part, we will pass a lot of rapids on the way, grade 2-4 on a scale of 1-6. In total we raft between two and four hours, depending on the season. Back to Chiang Mai where we arrive late afternoon.
