Thailand Treks and Tours

Our tours have no fixed starting points and many have departures everyday. All our tours contain details of when they take place, however our Roundtrips you will need to contact us to confirm arrival dates to ensure that we can meet your requirements, however this is usually no problem.

Yes, we usually include 3 star hotels in our tours but if you want to have a better hotel then we can book for you in most places, in some smaller cities there is no better alternative

It used to be cheaper to book your tickets through a travel agency but nowadays the airlines give very good prices also when you book directly. We can assist you finding the best rates.

Once you have sent your tour enquiry through either our 'Tour Builder', by using the 'Ask A Question About This Tour', or simply by emailing us through our contact form our Tour Manager will be in touch within 24 hours with details, finalised pricing and as appropriate a Paypal Invoice sent to you for 25% of the final balance.

Once deposit has been paid the balance is due as follows based on the type of tour / trip booked ...

Your booking and payment is protected by two means, firstly Thailand Treks is an officially registered Thailand Tour and Travel Agency with a full TAT Licence (22-0235). We take this fact very seriously as the majority of our competitors operate without these licenses and they cannot offer the same level of peace of mind as Thailand Treks. Formal complaints and acts of malpractice can lead to complaints to the TAT which only cause problems and could culminate in us losing our license. As such we endeavour at every opportunity to ensure that our customers are satisfied and there tour and trip fulfilled successfully.

Furthermore by paying by Paypal you are protected by the seller buyer agreement bound to all Paypal transactions. If you do not receive the item, in this case your tour, the transaction can be disputed through the relevant Paypal channels.

The majority of our tours there is no minimum level of fitness required, however some of our tours and treks are quite demanding and involve a fair amount of walking. These treks are marked appropriately in teh description, and in most cases it is possible to arrange for teh same itinerary to visit by car or jeep, please just inquire.

On our tours you will travel in an international group of maximum 10 people

This is almost certainly possibly, however advance warning must be given to ensure that arrangements can be made in advance. Again please just enquire and we will do our upmost to ensure you get the tour and stay that you want.
