Day 01 BOAT HUAY XAI-PAK BENG
Meeting our guide at the border in Ban Houai Xai, transfer to the public boat and cruise down the Mekong River to Pakbeng. Upon arrival you have to go to the your guesthouse by yourselves. Overnight at Phetsokxay hotel ( Standard room ) in Pak Beng
The public boat will leave Ban Houeixai around 10:00-1100am and arrive Pakbeng around 1800-1830pm

Day 02) BOAT PAK BENG-LUANG PRABANG ( B )
It’s a good idea to get early and visit the local market where tribes exchange their wares. The public boat will leave Pakbeng to Luang Prabang around 0830-0900am and arrive Luang Prabang round 1700-1730pm. Upon arrival you will meet the local guide and driver to transfer you to your hotel. Day 05 LUANG PRABANG – PHONSAVAN with Private minivan  ( B )
After breakfast we have a scenic drive to Xieng Khouang, the home amazing Plain of Jars. On the way through high mountains and karsts formations, we have time to stop and have a short visit at the remote dwellings of ethnic minority villages. Probably you will notice that many houses have looms underneath with which the family’s clothes, bags and accessories are manufactured. Late afternoon we’ll arrive at Phonsavan, the capital of the Xieng Khouang province. After check in the hotel we’ll visit the plain of Jars at the site number 1 for the sunset. Day 06 PHONSAVAN-VANG VIENG ( B )
Visit Plain of Jars and to Vang Vieng with private minvan. We’ll spend the time exploring the Plain of Jars (number 2 and 3) and the surrounding area. The jars are thought to be 2000 years old, although there is little proof to date them very accurately. Archaeologist still struggle to find out the specific purpose of the jars, were they used for funerary urns or to store rice wine. Afterward we keep on going to Vang Vieng we’ll have time to stop to take in the scenery from the viewpoints. Vang Vieng is a small village settled between a spectacular spread of limestone karst and is surrounded by lush green paddy fields and dwellings of ethnic minorities.The terrace of your hotel offers plendid sunsets amidst these magnificent natural settings. Day 07 VANG VIENG ( B )

Day 08  VANG VIENG-VIENTIANE ( B )
The shared minibus will pick up you at hotel around 0830-0900am and transfer to your hotel in Vientiane. Overnight at Lao Orchid hotel ( Deluxe room ) www.lao-orchid.com

Day 09 VIENTIANE-PAKSE ( B )
Free day and Night bus to Pakse. The driver will pick up at hotel around 19:30pm and transfer to the bus station and the night bus will leave around 20:30pm. Sleeping in the bus until arrival in Pakse in the next morning.

Day 10 PAKSE– BOLAVEN PLATEAU ( B )
Upon arrival at the bus station in Pakse you will meet our guide take you to the restaurant first for the breakfast and then the drive of today will take you to the Bolaven Plateau in Southern Laos. The eco-resort, where you will spend the night, overlooks the Tad Fane Waterfalls, thundering down in a 200 meter deep gorge. From here you can explore diverse nature trails. You may like to hike up to the Dan Sin Say Plateau. Passing a hanging bridge, this walk goes through coffee plantations and local villages. Day 11 BOLAVEN PLATEAU-CHAMPASAK-KHONG ISLAND ( B )
After breakfast we drive and travel on a wonderful local ferry over the Mekong River to Champasak. Here we visit the sacredKhmer temple of Wat Phu. This complex represents the most eastern border of the Khmer Empire in the 4th centurary. Later in the afternoon we take a scenic drive and ferry boat to Don Khong. This island is one of the larger permanently inhabited islands in the ‘Si pan don’ area. Dong Khong is best explored by bicycle. A reasonable dirt road circumvents the island. Day 12 KHONG ISLAND-PAKSE ( B )
By boat we’ll explore the 4000 islands area (Si Pan Don). Here, the Mekong river is at its widest. During the rainy season it is up to 12 km across. When the waters recede, many small islands emerge. It is from this phenomenon that the region takes its name. From far distance you can hear the unmistakable roar of the Khone Phapheng and Li Phi falls, which we will visit today. Nearby the falls live some hundred Irrawaddy freshwater dolphins. Ban Hang Khon is one of the rare places on earth to spot these endangered mammals. Also see the old locomotive, railway and colonial bridge built by the French to avoid navigating on the rapids and waterfalls that abound on this section of the Mekong. Day 13 PAKSE-DEPARTURE ( B )
After breakfast transfer to the airport of Pakse
